Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the web order system (the "Service") operated by JOYMEDIX (the "Company"). Article 2 (Members) The Service is available only to business members approved by the Company. The Company reviews each application before deciding whether to approve it. Article 3 (Orders and Payment) Members place orders through the Service and pay by bank transfer to the account designated by the Company. A member may cancel an order only while it is in "Received" status. Article 4 (Governing Law) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails. ※ Please review and adapt these Terms to your business before going live.
